Breeze Memories – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your experience.

  • Bookings are confirmed via email with event details, location, and contact information.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once based on availability.

  • In case of extreme weather or beach restrictions, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Guests must arrive at the scheduled time. Delays beyond 30 minutes may affect the setup or result in reduced service time.

  • No-shows are considered cancellations without refund.

4. Liability

  • Breeze Memories is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your experience.

  • Clients accept full responsibility for themselves and their guests.

5. Clean-Up and Property Care

  • Guests are expected to maintain the space in reasonable condition.

  • Any excessive mess or damage to rental items may result in a cleaning or replacement fee.

6. Weather Policy

  • We monitor weather closely. In case of rain or unsafe beach conditions, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered a reschedule or refund.

  • Light wind or cloudy weather does not qualify for automatic reschedule or refund.

7. Photography & Content Use

  • Breeze Memories reserves the right to take photos of the setup for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Clients may tag and share their own photos. We love to repost with credit!

8. Custom Requests

  • Add-ons or changes to packages must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience.

  • Extra charges may apply.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Recommendations (photographers, stylists, etc.) are independent providers. Breeze Memories is not responsible for third-party service performance.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
